AliasNest Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
By using AliasNest, an email-aliasing and relay service made by Atsumi Labs LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The service
AliasNest lets you create masked email aliases on a shared domain or a custom domain you control, receive the mail sent to those aliases, and optionally relay it to your real address. It is currently in private beta.
Your account & your domains
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. If you add a custom domain, you confirm you control it and may verify ownership via DNS. You must comply with the policies of your domain registrar, DNS provider, and any mail providers you forward to.
Acceptable use
- No abuse. Don’t use AliasNest to send or relay spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harassing content.
- No evasion of others. Don’t use aliases to bypass bans, impersonate others, or circumvent another service’s rules in violation of their terms or the law.
- Don’t break things. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the service or use it to attack others.
- You’re responsible for the mail you route through your aliases.
We may suspend or remove aliases, domains, or accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or others.
Email is best-effort — not guaranteed
AliasNest is provided “as is” and “as available.” Email delivery depends on many systems outside our control, and — especially in beta — messages can be delayed, filtered as spam, bounced, or lost, and stored mail may be removed. Don’t use AliasNest as the sole channel for mail you can’t afford to miss (e.g., account recovery for critical services); keep a reliable mailbox for anything important.
No warranties
AliasNest is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including deliverability, availability, retention, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atsumi Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost, delayed, or undelivered mail, or any consequence of an alias being unavailable — arising from your use of AliasNest. Where the service is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited accordingly.
Self-hosting
If you run your own AliasNest instance, you operate it at your own risk and are responsible for its security, deliverability, and compliance; these terms govern the hosted service we run.
Changes & availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue AliasNest at any time, and may update these Terms; when we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
